Thanks to Jayne for this recipe 200g raw beetroot, shredded 100g white cabbage, shredded 40g red onion, shredded 1 level tbsp aioli or mayonaise 2 heaped tbsp greek yoghurt Method Mix veg in a bowl Stir the aioli or mayo into the yoghurt then add to the veggies and stir.
