Thanks to everyone who came to the Rabbit Fencing Work Party last Tuesday.
One Summer Evening…
We had a useful evening and fenced properly from (almost) the little gate to the sand pit, round past the main entrance to the big shed, plus the gate to the horse field.
Malcolm, on the strimming, worked hardest of all and left last of all.
Eleanor on the ‘skottel braai’ barbeque, not in the photo because she took it, was a star and she also did heroic fencing work.
Our next confirmed work party to continue the fencing will be on Tue. 10 July from 17:30, again with a barbecue. Do come and join us.It is just possible that we will need an extra emergency session this coming Wed. 4 July if the rabbit damage continues but this is unconfirmed. Does any one have a good recipe for rabbit pie?
